ProcessFast is a B2B software company in Columbia, South Carolina, with more than 10 years of experience designing, building and maintaining SaaS systems at scale, and doing it securely, for clients ranging from smaller shops to publicly traded companies.
We are our own customer
After analyzing a business problem, if we decide to build a solution, we fund its design and development ourselves. We take no venture capital or outside investment, so we make the final decision on what we build and sell.
ProcessFast keeps the intellectual property in every product and integration service it builds and offers. It works a little like a venture firm that only invests in ventures designed in-house.
How a product gets made
- Step 1
Analyze
Find business problems that are expensive, slow or labor-intensive, and work out whether technology and automation can solve them better.
- Step 2
Design
Design software and business systems that solve those problems in a more automated, accurate or cost-effective way.
- Step 3
Build
Develop and test the design, and iterate until it is a viable product for a specific audience.
- Step 4
Run
Deploy, host, monitor and update the system in the cloud, keeping it scalable and secure.
What we don't do
- Work for hire, or custom development for companies that want to build their own software or app.
- Hosting or support for any product we didn't build and don't sell.
- End-user technical support for systems we don't sell, including phones and computers.
- Setting up workflows in your title production software.
Who our customers are
We work with businesses only. Most of our customers so far are in the real estate settlement services industry, also called the title industry: title agents, underwriters and the companies that work with them. Some are in other industries, and we're expanding into more B2B industries, bringing the same connectors, data extraction and reporting work with us.
