Ops Insights

Business intelligence and report delivery that connects to any SQL-based system, with turnkey report libraries for ResWare, RamQuest, SoftPro and Settlor.
Ops Insights is our first and largest product by customer count: a business intelligence and report delivery platform that can connect to any SQL-based system.
We started in the title industry because that is where we had access to the systems of record. That let us build large, ready-to-use report libraries for ResWare, RamQuest, SoftPro and Settlor, so title companies get ready-to-go reports for the system they already run.
Customers also use it to extract a lot of accounting, financial and transactional data and reports, which they often import into their accounting systems.
Title agencies use it to manage human capital, compliance, marketing spend and sales: KPI alerts on new and existing client order counts, vendor scorecards built on SLA and turnaround-time reporting, dashboards for joint venture partners, and reports shared outside the organization as Excel, CSV or branded PDFs.
It integrates with RamQuest, through a strategic partnership announced in 2017, and with Adeptive's ResWare platform. Agencies new to RamQuest can be onboarded within hours.

Title Industry Integration API

One API to read and sync data between title production software like ResWare, RamQuest, SoftPro and Settlor and the other systems your business runs.
We built the Integration API after a large company told us how little information they could retrieve from, or sync between, title production software such as ResWare and RamQuest and their other systems.
It is a one-to-many API: integrate once and reach ResWare, RamQuest, SoftPro and Settlor. It can save substantial development cost and exposes data points the native APIs don't offer.
