One API for ResWare, RamQuest, SoftPro and Settlor integrations
The Title Industry Integration API reads and syncs data between title production software (TPS) like ResWare, RamQuest, SoftPro and Settlor and the other systems your business runs.
Why we built it
A large company came to us frustrated with how little information they could retrieve from title production software such as ResWare and RamQuest, and how hard it was to keep that data in sync with their other systems.
The native APIs didn't expose the data they needed, and building a separate integration for each title production system was costly. We built one API that solves both problems.
What it does for you
- Integrate once
- One integration reaches multiple title production systems, instead of a separate project for each one.
- Data the native APIs don't offer
- The API exposes data points that the title production systems' own APIs don't provide.
- Less development cost
- Building and maintaining title production integrations in-house is expensive. The API can save substantial development cost.
- We run it
- ProcessFast builds, hosts and operates the API and sells it as a service. You don't maintain the integration layer.
Title production systems
Many of our connections read from a real-time read replica of the client's own database, rather than the live production database.
- ResWare
- Title and escrow software originally developed by Adeptive, which Qualia acquired in December 2020.
- RamQuest
- Title production and closing software used by title agencies.
- SoftPro
- SoftPro Select, real estate closing software for residential and commercial transactions.
- Settlor
- Cloud-based title production software for title and escrow operations. Settlor hosts a separate instance for each client and sets up a real-time read replica for each one, which we connect to.
ResWare, RamQuest, SoftPro, Settlor and Qualia are trademarks of their respective owners. ProcessFast is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
